- It's our duty to do everything we can to minimise wear and tear in your property. Unlike other agencies, HSN Enterprise charges a security deposit automatically as standard on all bookings. This encourages good behaviour and helps protect you in the rare occurrences of guest breakages.
Unlimited owner bookings
- It's your property - take as many weeks as you like in your holiday home for no penalty, at any time of the year. This does exactly what it says on the tin!
Genuine, FULL management available
- We specialise in looking after the hardest parts of holiday letting. If required, we can manage the changeovers, maintenance, call-outs, sort your gas safety and fire risk certificates and take those 10pm calls from guests!
Your own property website
- HSN Enterprise can provide additional tailored marketing support for every owner. Alongside your main listings and portal exposure, we can also help you build your own, bespoke property presence with a dedicated domain and brand.
Weekly pricing review for yield maximisation
- In a competitive market, keeping an eye on your prices is crucial. When demand is strong and capacity is low, we will increase your prices to boost your income. Similarly, when weeks are proving unpopular with holidaymakers we will spot the trend to boost your occupancy.
Bespoke P&L forecasts
- HSN Enterprise focuses on maximising your profits as an owner. We provide P&L forecasts (not just income projections) which take into account your running costs too. We use that information to properly price out-of-season bookings and always aim to keep you in the black, even for shorter stays.

- You are in control. Always. Login online to manage your property and view all future booking details and payment runs. Your housekeepers also have a login where they can only view the information they need.

- Every property is graded to recognised tourist board standards free of charge.

- Starting out can be a minefield for owners. We handhold you through the process of completing the necessary risk assessments using our templates and trained staff.
