How quickly can my property start generating income?
Following completion and receipt of keys, our objective is to have the property prepared, furnished, and operational within approximately two weeks, subject to the scope of any required works.
What happens if the property needs refurbishment?
We offer a complete project management service covering procurement, coordination of trades, and interior preparation. We charge a Project Management Fee of 25% of the total project cost. If only basic painting/decorating is required, no project management fee is charged.
