For fully managed properties, services such as cleaning, laundry and maintenance are charged at cost. We can either pay these additional services directly on your behalf from your client account, or we can liaise with your chosen providers so invoices are settled by you. This keeps pricing transparent while ensuring your property is always guest‑ready.
